Senior Cloud Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions for SAP HANA Cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives and ensure effective execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software solutions.
- Identify and report defects and issues, and work with development teams to resolve and implement fixes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and trends, and implement upgrades to our practices and processes as needed.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- Good level of experience in cloud software development using continuous delivery and deployment.
- Good level of experience in cloud software quality management with solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, component testing, functional testing, system integration testing, and regression testing.
- Professional experience using Pytest and working with kubernetes.
- Proven experience in testing database software or other enterprise-level systems.
- Strong background in both manual and automated testing.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Jmeter, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience in testing and development of cloud products.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team in best practices for QA and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
