We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Controller to join our team at STRABAG AG. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial and technical aspects of our construction projects are accurately managed and controlled.

• Develop and maintain project cost estimates and budgets for our infrastructure projects
• Conduct regular variance analyses to identify and address any discrepancies
• Prepare and present monthly reports and financial analyses to stakeholders
• Identify and calculate budget values for subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize project profitability
• Provide technical support to project managers and site teams on cost-related matters

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in project management or cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of technical knowledge and understanding
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with cost management software, such as RIB iTWO
