Job Description

We are seeking a Service Technician: Security and Electrical Technology (m/f/d) for DB Kommunikationstechnik GmbH in Hamburg.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing systems in the areas of fire alarm systems, intrusion detection systems, video surveillance systems, access control systems, and voice alarm systems.
  • You will perform routine maintenance and repairs in accordance with valid guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
  • You will work independently to complete assigned tasks and projects.
  • You will update and create documentation for installed systems.
  • You will use a smartphone and tablet for communication, task management, and documentation.
  • Your workday will begin and end at your home, and your work area will be local.

Your Profile:

  • You have completed your training in the field of telecommunications, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field such as IT system electronics or communication electronics.
  • You have experience in the areas of fire alarm and voice alarm systems.
  • You are willing to participate in a training program and obtain a qualification in the field.
  • You are proactive and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • You have excellent German language skills (level B2).
  • You hold a valid driver's license (class B).
