We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Payroll Specialist to join our team at DAHMEN Personalservice GmbH. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our German team in payroll processing, ensuring seamless integration with our finance and HR departments.

• Lead and develop the German payroll team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality payroll processing.
• Collaborate closely with our finance and HR teams to align expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and implement rules and guidelines for international assignments, ensuring compliance with global payroll regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with international payroll providers and stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of our internal control framework.

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing, including knowledge of international payroll regulations.
• Experience in a multinational organization, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Fluent German and English language skills, with a moderate level of travel required.
