Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at JustDice GmbH. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting stakeholders in making informed decisions by proactively identifying challenges and opportunities through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize statistical methods and data visualization to identify trends and provide data interpretations that drive business growth.
- Business Requirements: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable data insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Product Experiments: Suggest and evaluate product experiments to optimize business performance and drive revenue growth.
- Team Collaboration: Proactively contribute to improve team workflow, processes, tools, and ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Support: Aid stakeholders in crafting well-informed decisions by suggesting, defining, and monitoring impactful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying relevant data, and ensuring availability.
- Data Management: Maintain data availability and improve data utilization by designing, developing, and maintaining data models and databases, extracting, transforming, and loading data for analysis.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis and ensure data quality to support business needs.
- Mentorship: If asked, mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python, knowledge in R, Tableau, or similar tools is beneficial.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of databases and data integration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Desirable Skills: Familiarity with git, docker, or dbt, experience in the AdTech industry or in consumer products (web/mobile).
