About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Learning and Development Coach to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our People, Learning and Innovation (PLI) department, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and continuously improve our unique Grow & Development concept, focusing on lifelong learning, personal stretch, and career exploration to create sustainable solutions tailored to our business needs.
  • Be responsible for the CF A learning portfolio, including identification, design, implementation, and delivery of innovative cutting-edge training courses and learning methods.
  • Shape the agile auditing journey based on the Scrum methodology, enhancing concepts, strategies, and fostering an agile mindset across the assurance practices by coaching, guiding, training, and challenging teams based on agile principles.
  • Drive innovation by using your analytical and conceptional thinking skills to create extraordinary ideas and improve existing training concepts, working with internal and external training providers.
  • Create new digital learning and training formats, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and exploring the world of digital solutions.
  • Participate in the leading core organization team of our yearly in-person Learning Summit, curating an exciting learning curriculum with trainings from soft skills, technical skills to assurance skills, and contributing to other learning activities.
  • Embody a growth mindset and customer orientation, being part of an environment that puts our community at the center and challenges each other to deliver the best we can to our talents.
  • Engage in a hands-on mentality, actively contributing to any topic within the People, Learning and Innovation cosmos and participating in CF A audit assignments.
Requirements
  • At least 5-8 years of professional working experience after university within Siemens, in a 'Big 4' accounting firm, or in other relevant international consulting companies.
  • Master's degree with above-average academic results in Business, HR, Learning and Development, Project Management, or similar fields.
  • Working experience in the field of learning and training, with a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering successful learning solutions from concept to launch.
  • Experience in agile transformations, agile practices, and Scrum methodology.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in various multi-phase and complex projects.
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines while seeing the bigger picture.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively to large groups and create impactful presentations.
  • Excellent team player with a passion for Assurance topics (e.g., Audit, ERM, Internal Controls).
  • Commitment to continuous learning, education, and potential to develop further.
