We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Operations and Logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team with quote preparation, managing orders in our ERP system, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals for customers.
• Enter customer orders into our ERP system and manage the order fulfillment process.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of customer orders.
• Prepare and send documents to customers as required.
• Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the relevant team members.

• Relevant education or training in a field such as business administration or logistics.
• Previous experience in a sales or procurement role, preferably in a similar industry.
