Engage with comprehensive inquiries ranging from strategic alignment and reorganization to controlling, financial management, cost accounting, and digital tools, shaping the defense sector of tomorrow.
Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to advise and assist our clients with your expertise in the Public Sector - Focus on Defense, here’s how you can contribute:
- Provide strategic and operational consulting to our clients in the defense environment.
- Advise on projects aimed at holistic alignment and optimization of strategies, organizations, and processes.
- Engage in strategic consulting, organizational and economic assessments, system and process optimizations, project management, and implementation support.
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts and the application of innovative technologies and tools, such as the use of artificial intelligence for process automation.
- Actively participate in the application and establishment of agile methodologies in projects, as well as traditional approaches to project and risk management.
- Assist in the development of communication and change strategies, particularly in the context of large procurement projects.
- Work independently in various team configurations.
- Support the acquisition of complex projects and take on leadership responsibilities.
- To become a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in the Public Sector - Focus on Defense, you should possess a successfully completed degree in political and administrative sciences, law, business administration, business informatics, engineering, or a related field.
- You should have at least 4 years of professional experience, ideally within a consulting firm or a company in the defense sector.
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas is essential: strategy consulting, business consulting, procurement, digitalization, process automation, economic analyses, change management, or project management.
- A passion for creating sustainable results and collaborating in interdisciplinary teams is crucial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer orientation, and a commitment to personal development are key attributes.
- Fluency in German and English, proficiency in common MS Office applications, and a willingness to travel are also important qualifications.
