Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Garden and Landscape Construction Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of gardeners and landscape specialists in the design, construction, and maintenance of outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of gardeners and landscape specialists in the design, construction, and maintenance of outdoor spaces
- Ensure smooth project execution and timely completion
- Develop and implement high-quality garden and landscape designs that meet client needs and expectations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Completed training or certification in horticulture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garden and landscape construction or a related field
- Proven leadership and project management skills
