Lead Product Manager for Energy Solutions

Make a meaningful impact - Become a pivotal member of our product division and assist in transforming the energy sector, ensuring renewable energy is accessible across various regions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of innovative flexibility products for Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS) and electric mobility throughout Europe. Set benchmarks with us and advance a progressive subject within our product lineup.
- Collaborate with our market specialist to assess the potential of flexibility marketing across diverse European markets and convert this into an appealing product configuration for our clients and their end-users.
- Identify and analyze new prospects for marketing household-related flexibilities, including batteries and electric vehicles, in various European nations.
- Work closely with internal teams to evaluate gridX's role in the overall flexibility marketing landscape and present insights to the Head of Product and executive leadership.
- Oversee the vision, lifecycle, roadmap, and commercial viability of our flexibility-focused product offerings.
- Establish and assess metrics and KPIs that gauge product development success and foster profitable growth.
- Engage daily with the flexibility engineering team to ensure product success.
- Provide the sales and marketing teams with essential content to facilitate a seamless product launch.
- You possess several years of substantial experience as a product or solution manager or product owner in the realms of energy, flexibility marketing, or IoT within an agile framework.
- You demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing the energy transition and show enthusiasm for innovative solutions and concepts.
- You are results-driven and have a strong ability to understand customer challenges and needs.
- Your communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are exemplary.
- You exhibit an independent, analytical, and pragmatic approach to work while maintaining a comprehensive perspective.
- Proficiency in both German and English enhances your profile.
