Strengthen Our HR Team in Munich

We are looking for a motivated and organized student to support our HR team in Munich. As a Human Resources Business Partner Support EMEA, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our employees and management team in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters in the EMEA region, including email correspondence in German and English.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and personnel files.
  • Assist in the creation of employment contracts and HR documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Analyze data on HR-related topics.
  • Conduct research on special topics.
  • Participate in various HR projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with our HR team and other departments.
  • Handle candidate correspondence and support the recruitment process.
  • Arrange appointments with external candidates.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/VWL with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable field in full-time studies.
  • Interest in Human Resources and ideally some experience in this field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Secure communication in German and English, both in writing and speaking - French language skills are an asset.
  • Independent and self-motivated working style.
  • Team player with high service orientation.
  • Support in the scope of 14 to 20 hours per week.
