Deputy Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Area Manager to join our team at Recrutio GmbH. As a key member of our senior residence, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

• Care Coordination: Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the senior residence, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.

• Education: Completed training as a Registered Nursing or Health and Nursing Care.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in inpatient elderly care.
