We are seeking an Architectural Draftsman (m/f/d) to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop designs for a variety of structures, encompassing commercial buildings, residential units, hospitality venues, and healthcare facilities
• Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and manage 3D/BIM data
• Collaborate with engineers, building physicists, HVAC specialists, and fire safety consultants
• Prepare specialized drawings and implementation plans
• Engage in project teams alongside colleagues from project management, construction preparation, client consulting, and cost analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related discipline with relevant experience, or a Bachelor/Master's degree in Architecture
• Competence in MS Office and Allplan (Nemetscheck)
• Familiarity with planning and construction regulations
• Business acumen and cost awareness
• Proactive attitude, teamwork, adaptability, and dependability
