Exciting Leadership Role in Early Childhood Education (m/f/x)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on the role of Kindergarten Director at Spatzennest Kindergarten. In this pivotal position, you will oversee the educational and administrative functions of the facility, working in close partnership with families, local authorities, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pedagogical and organizational guidance to ensure high-quality early childhood education.
  • Foster collaboration with parents and external partners to enhance the educational experience.
  • Lead initiatives for team development, organizational improvement, and quality assurance.
  • Implement the Bavarian child education and upbringing framework effectively.
Qualifications
  • State-recognized educator with substantial experience in early childhood education.
