Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician (m/f/d) to join our team at Apleona in Hamburg/Norderstedt. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our building services systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Monitoring and Operation: Ensure the smooth operation of our building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Technical Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building services equipment, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our building services systems are functioning within acceptable parameters.
  • Collaboration with External Contractors: Work with external contractors to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, and communicate effectively with building occupants and stakeholders.
  • On-Call and Emergency Response: Provide on-call and emergency response services to ensure that building services systems are maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Technical Qualifications: Hold a recognized technical qualification in a relevant field, such as electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Work Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the building services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of building services systems and equipment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with building occupants and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied shifts and respond to emergency situations.
