Sales Data Management Intern

Position Overview

As a Sales Data Management Intern, you will be integral in upholding and improving the quality of our CRM data, assisting with various data cleansing projects, and overseeing event-related information. If you are detail-oriented, skilled in Zoho CRM and Excel, and have strong organizational and planning abilities, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute data maintenance and contact updates within our CRM platform.
  • Create and oversee diverse reports and dashboards to track and improve data integrity.
  • Carry out data cleansing tasks in our CRM to guarantee precise and current account details.
  • Establish procedures for regular updates to ensure contact information remains accurate and relevant.
  • Lead the initiative for sales and customer events, ensuring all data is correctly recorded and managed within the CRM system.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Zoho is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data quality management.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact efficiently with sales managers and other stakeholders.
