Facility Manager

Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that offers innovative solutions for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition. We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to join our team in Mihla, Germany.

• Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.

• Completed technical training or apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
