SCALANIA AG is a leading corporate finance company specializing in initial public offerings (IPOs) for nanocap companies. We are the ideal partner for IPO candidates, fundraising, and business development in the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the project team on an equal level for shared success.
  • Design concepts for client projects and develop client-specific solutions.
  • Provide support in project coordination and company evaluations, as well as document preparation.
  • Conduct research on companies, markets, potential investors, and targets.
  • Actively participate in client workshops and support in preparation and follow-up.

Your Profile

  • Must-have:
    • Interest in corporate finance and first experiences in Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital, and/or Investment Banking.
    • Completed Bachelor's degree in business or finance with very good grades or you are about to successfully complete your studies.
    • Strong skills in strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and solving complex problems.
    • Very good MS Office skills and a good level of written and spoken English.
  • Nice-to-have:
    • Further experience in Investor Relations, Financial Products, and/or Accounting.
    • You are able to work from Hamburg. No remote internship.
