• Developing quality strategies throughout various project stages
• Collaborating with clients and manufacturing facilities to establish measurement frameworks
• Ensuring the readiness of measuring instruments for both external and internal evaluations
• Aligning quality targets and conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Organizing and executing component evaluations
• Managing production approval workflows

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in the automotive interior sector and plastic manufacturing
• Familiarity with automotive interior products and their manufacturing processes
• Proficient in quality planning methodologies
• Background in project management and supplier relations
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented, dedicated, and focused on achieving results
