Role Overview: As a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for executing all sales and marketing initiatives within the pharmacy sector and selected medical practices in your designated area. Your goal will be to establish a robust network between prescribers and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with retail pharmacies, including chains and cooperative members, to promote our concepts and products aimed at increasing sales and profitability.
  • Enhance HARTMANN's market share by developing existing client relationships and acquiring new customers.
  • Ensure product distribution, visibility at the point of sale, and training of sales personnel.
  • Organize and conduct customer workshops and training sessions, and participate in defined projects, trade fairs, and customer events.

Qualifications:

  • A completed degree or vocational training in a commercial or pharmaceutical/scientific field (e.g., PTA/PKA) is advantageous.
  • Several years of professional experience in the sales of complex products, ideally in the pharmaceutical, OTC, or medical sectors.
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, motivation for performance, and goal orientation.
  • Ability to self-organize and a talent for sales.
  • Open and constructive approach to change and conflict situations.
  • A well-established network within the region and target audience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with internal processes and structures of pharmacies.
  • A willingness to travel is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is required.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
