Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will investigate and develop innovative solutions for speech target extraction in complex auditory environments. Your work will focus on designing and implementing efficient algorithms for noise cancellation and speaker enhancement using directives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evaluate speech extraction methods for hearing aids and other applications.
  • Implement data augmentation techniques on toy datasets and optimize pre-processing stages of audio signals.
  • Design and train neural networks to extract target speech based on directives.
  • Extend the developed method to multi-source speech targets and optimize its performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate your work into real-world applications.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong background in Python and C++ programming languages.
  • Experience with neural networks and knowledge of PyTorch is an advantage.
  • Independent, structured, and highly motivated individual with a keen interest in future technologies and trends.
  • Fluent in English; German is an asset.
