**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager Assistant at ONLY Stores. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • **Oversee Store Operations**: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • **Create a Unique Shopping Experience**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the shopping experience for our customers, driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • **Collaborate with the Shop Manager**: Work closely with the Shop Manager to coordinate daily business activities, achieve sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • **Ensure Financial Goals**: Monitor and control store expenses, manage budgets, and ensure that financial goals are met.
  • **Provide Support to the Shop Manager**: Assist the Shop Manager in managing the store, including tasks such as scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • **Inspire and Motivate the Team**: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, motivating and developing the skills of the store team to achieve exceptional results.
**Requirements**
  • **Commercial Education**: Completed a commercial education program or equivalent experience.
  • **Numerical Skills**: Strong numerical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • **Fashion and Trends**: Passion for fashion and trends, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
  • **Team Player**: Excellent team player with good communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • **Microsoft Office**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
