Internship: Space Mechanisms Algorithm Developer

Job Overview

Airbus Defense & Space is seeking an Intern in Engineering for Space Mechanisms Algorithms - VHDL Development into a Standardized, Space-Qualified IP Core.

This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies in a diverse setting and contribute to the development of cutting-edge space mechanisms algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and understanding of existing development processes and systems.
  • Definition of module interfaces and VHDL IP-Core specification to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Development of test-benches and test-cases to validate IP-Core performance and reliability.
  • Verification and validation of IP-Core to ensure compliance with ESA standards.
  • Documentation of development processes and results according to ESA standards.
Requirements
  • Enrolled full-time student in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Good knowledge of VHDL and FPGA development principles.
  • Structured approach to work and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Interest in documentation and proficiency in English language.
