As a vital member of our collaborative team
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in the seamless management of sales transactions, enhancing the efficiency of field sales agents by addressing client inquiries and managing communications. This position is integral to elevating customer satisfaction and supporting the attainment of sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Data Management
Establish profiles for new clients, including contact information and the assigned representative overseeing the account. Confirming orders, ensuring accuracy of client details and payment information. Engaging with clients via phone or messaging to resolve inquiries and gather any outstanding information. Keeping sales and client records current and accurate.Transaction Processing
Receiving and managing purchase requests. Storing the order, if required, in the designated cloud management tools. Generating invoices for sales transactions. Forwarding necessary details to the Billing department for adjustments in the Purchase Order and processing of the Purchase Order(s). Overseeing the delivery of external and digital orders to ensure appropriate prioritization. Verifying that delivery timelines are adhered to in collaboration with the administrative team. Confirming the receipt of services and the communication sent to the contract holder in partnership with the administrative team.Sales Assistance
Offering clients product details, order updates, delivery timelines, and account balances... Compiling and analyzing monthly sales performance reports. Notifying sales representatives of any significant issues. Keeping Sales representatives informed about order statuses or deliveries. Channeling customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams. Consolidating and generating insights in visual dashboards.x
Required Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficient in technology with knowledge of cloud solutions. Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
