Key Responsibilities
- As a Java Software Developer, you will be instrumental in creating and enhancing our software solutions, addressing both new projects and ongoing improvements. You will evaluate relevant frameworks, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- You will collaborate within a dynamic and motivated team, enjoying the opportunity to design software architectures and solutions. Your role will encompass the entire development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to development, test automation, and ongoing support.
- You will leverage contemporary technologies, standards, frameworks, and tools throughout the development process, advocating for 'Clean Code' principles and modular development practices.
Candidate Profile
- A completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent training with substantial experience in a related field.
- Proficient in software development using Java 8+ with knowledge in several of the following areas and technologies:
- Java Frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot 2x/JAX-WS) and RESTful Web Services
- Frontend technologies (Angular 7+, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, HTML5)
- Database management and access (Oracle, Db2, H2, JDBC, Hibernate)
- Containerization technologies (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Development tools (Jira, Confluence, Git)
- Continuous Integration practices (Jenkins)
- Build Management tools (Gradle, Maven)
- Process Control (Camunda)
- Test Automation frameworks (Selenium)
- Standards and Protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT)
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a self-driven and solution-oriented approach, coupled with a commitment to quality.
