Working Student HR Delivery Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Working Student to join our HR Delivery Team in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Global Services Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the onboarding process for new working students, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain signatures for contracts and amendments.
  • Manage personnel folders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Oversee the anniversary and birthday gift process, ensuring timely and personalized recognition.
  • Generate employment confirmations and reference letters, adhering to company standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for various HR requests, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and with strong motivation.
  • You are a reliable and conscientious individual, with a strong sense of responsibility and discretion.
  • You are a proficient user of the MS Office package, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal English language skills, with proficiency in German being an added advantage.
WORKING WITH US

You will work closely with the HR Team in the Global Services Munich Office, as well as global HR colleagues across the firm. Our team is characterized by mutual support, an active exchange of experience, and strong trust. You will be supported in familiarizing yourself with your new role, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
