As a Lead AI Solutions Architect, your primary focus will be on the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that propel product advancement. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams, including data specialists, software developers, and product strategists, to construct scalable and effective AI infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and execute AI models and solutions leveraging Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and additional Azure platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and refinement of data pipelines and workflows essential for training and deploying AI models.
  • Partner with product strategists and stakeholders to capture business needs and convert them into technical frameworks.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, providing essential technical support.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in AI and machine learning, integrating new technologies and practices into our operations.
  • Guarantee the scalability, security, and performance of AI systems in live environments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure services including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks.
  • Solid grasp of machine learning algorithms, deep learning strategies, and data science practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to function both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
