BASF is a leading chemical company that is driving innovation and sustainability in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digitalization Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digitalization projects across various business units, ensuring the successful implementation of digital solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage digitalization projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop digital solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions, including training and support for end-users.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digitalization or IT role.
  • Strong understanding of digitalization concepts, technologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
