About the Job
We are looking for a Production Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time employment at our Cologne Hürth location for a Daily Scripted Format. The position is initially limited to a certain period with the option of extension.
Your Tasks in the Team
- Preparation of contracts for internal and external employees
- Independent management of the production cashbox
- Recording, accounting, and archiving of invoices
- Verification, processing, and administration of settlement funds
- Preparation of production overviews
What You Bring
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the assistant field of the media industry
- Well-developed organizational and communicative skills
- High level of stress tolerance, flexibility, and team ability
- Secure handling of all common MS-Office programs
- Careful, reliable, and independent working style
