Job Title: Human Resources Consultant

Company Overview: Our client, a progressive and internationally active mechanical engineering firm, is currently in search of a Human Resources Consultant (m/f/x) full-time to enhance their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement leadership development programs
• Advise management and staff on HR and leadership development issues
• Manage and facilitate the training initiatives (leadership seminars in both in-person and virtual formats)
• Execute standardized processes supported by SAP SuccessFactors, including annual performance evaluations
• Compile reports, analyses, and statistical data
• Engage in HR development projects aimed at improving digitalization and service offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant business or educational discipline
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with professional HR and leadership development methodologies
• Experience in delivering virtual training sessions
• High proficiency in IT tools, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office
• Detail-oriented and organized work style
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
