• Performing complex surgeries on inpatient and outpatient cases with minimal supervision
• Leading and participating in case conferences and interdisciplinary tumor boards
• Developing and implementing new surgical procedures and protocols
• Coordinating and supporting operations on the wards
• Providing expert advice and guidance to junior staff members

• German medical license
• Specialist (m/f/d) in General or Visceral Surgery
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
