We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at BAM Nuttall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial expertise and guidance to our project managers and engineers.

• Manage and supervise the commercial team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with project managers and engineers.
• Provide commercial input and advice to project managers and engineers on contract administration, cost management, and risk assessment.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure project profitability and minimize risk.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present commercial reports and updates to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial management.

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or in a similar commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract and commercial management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CICES, RICS).
