Tender Management Specialist

- Oversee the tendering process and requests related to static signage and traffic solutions in collaboration with the sales department.
- Accurately compute proposals, taking into account unique client requirements to deliver detailed offers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that bids are both competitive and profitable.
- Track tender processes, recognize potential opportunities and challenges, adhere to timelines, and liaise with subcontractors.
- Engage in bidder meetings and contract discussions as necessary, maintain internal documentation, and serve as a primary contact for clients within the sales area.
- Educational background in a technical discipline (such as civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering) or a related field, complemented by solid commercial acumen.
- Practical experience in traffic engineering or construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with cost estimation in civil engineering, plant construction, or electrical engineering is beneficial.
- Knowledge of VOB (German construction contract regulations) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in German.
- Strong analytical abilities, customer-focused approach, and a dependable work ethic.
