Your Role

As an Export Coordinator for LCL Sea Freight (m/f/d) at our Bremen location, you will manage incoming and outgoing orders while liaising with internal departments, clients, and service providers. You will be responsible for the organizational and technical processing as well as the tracking of LCL export shipments. Additionally, you will assess and arrange equipment and shipping options, and conduct profitability evaluations. Your responsibilities will also include clear documentation and invoicing, as well as resolving discrepancies.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Management of incoming and outgoing orders, including communication with other departments, direct clients, and service providers.
  • Organizational and technical processing along with tracking of LCL export shipments.
  • Central responsibility for freight forwarding orders.
  • Assessment and organization of equipment and shipping options.
  • Conducting profitability evaluations related to specific orders.
  • Clear documentation of instructions regarding client-specific documentation and invoicing.
  • Resolution of discrepancies in various areas of responsibility.

Qualifications You Should Bring

  • Successfully completed training in freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable field.
  • Relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in LCL sea freight export.
  • Ideally, knowledge of customs clearance or a willingness to learn with our support.
  • Good English skills, particularly in writing.
  • Proficient use of MS Office.
  • A team player with a strong focus on quality and customer orientation.
