Position Overview:
The role of the Professional Services Manager in Orthodontics is pivotal within GC Orthodontics Europe GmbH. This position is designed for an individual who will oversee the management of regional Professional Services experts and cultivate a robust network of key opinion leaders and influencers, ensuring alignment with various Marketing functions such as Product Management, Marketing Communications, and Scientific Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the European network of clinical lecturers and technicians to coordinate pan-European educational events, including courses, training sessions, and webinars, as well as on-site training and education events.
- Drive the development of CCO & GET/TGO sales across Europe, providing support to key opinion leaders in the integration of Mov'Aligners into their practices and communication strategies.
- Create and deliver customer-focused, sales-oriented content for marketing-driven promotional initiatives and campaigns within the EMEA region.
- Actively participate in industry events and congresses to foster and maintain professional networks and relationships, sharing insights and findings with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify innovative trends, potential disruptors, and new market opportunities for business growth.
- Build and enhance relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including public organizations, governmental institutions, and professional communities, ensuring effective reporting to senior management and other marketing functions.
Professional Development:
- Engage in personal development through assessment and planning activities, as well as formal and informal training opportunities, while striving to maintain relevant professional accreditation to enhance performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Stay informed about relevant technologies, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, attendance at conferences, and engagement with specialized media.
Qualifications:
- Extensive work experience with a strong background in the dental industry, particularly in orthodontics, ideally with over 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in supervising and directing teams and resources to achieve specific outcomes within set timeframes.
- Exceptional consultative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, along with fluency in either German or French.
