Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skills and competencies needed for different roles within the company
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Lead the internal mentoring and buddy program to support employee development
  • Facilitate and coordinate development activities, training, and participants
  • Develop and implement employee wellbeing and health management initiatives
  • Responsible for the yearly performance evaluation and talent process
  • Ensure communication, reporting, and follow-up across the business regarding talent management and succession planning processes

Requirements

  • University degree and/or relevant vocational training in a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in HR, talent management, or learning and development
  • Strong teamworking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
