Job Title: HR Manager

As a seasoned HR professional and key member of the management team, you will report directly to the branch manager and take ownership of all HR-related matters, including:

  • Strategic recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Collaboration with the works council to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Provision of expert HR consulting and support to employees and managers on all HR-related issues
  • Participation in HR projects focused on management development, talent management, and organizational growth
  • Support for change management initiatives and process improvements

Requirements and Skills:

  • Completed degree in a relevant field (Business, Law, Sociology, etc.) with a focus on HR
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment and social security law, with experience working with works councils
  • Excellent communication skills, independence, and a hands-on approach as an HR generalist
  • Structured, proactive work style with a focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Native German speaker, proficient in French or English for communication with the headquarters
