Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Dokumentenkontrolleur, der unsere Dokumentationen effizient und zuverlässig verwalten kann. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung von Ingenieurskunst für die Hightech-Märkte der Zukunft mitwirken.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Leitung und Koordination eines Teams von Document Controllern
  • Ablage, Organisation, Zusammenstellung und Koordination elektronischer Daten und Dokumente
  • Koordination der projektspezifischen Dokumentation und Überwachung der Fristen
  • Organisation und Einforderung der rechtzeitigen Zusammenstellung und standardmäßigen Lieferung der vertraglich vereinbarten Dokumente
  • Pflege, stichprobenartige Überprüfung, Meldung und Aktualisierung von Metadaten in elektronischen Dokumentensystemen
  • Teilnahme und Planung von Abstimmungsgesprächen in Bezug auf die Dokumentation und den damit verbundenen Prozessen
  • Spezifizierung und Training von projektspezifischen Anforderungen
  • Erstellung und Lieferung von Daten für Auswertungen zum Stand des Dokumentationsfortschritts
  • Eineinrichtung von Systemen und zugehörigen Verfahren/Prozessen für Projekte
  • Klärung von Fragen der Dokumentenkontrolle und Funktion als "Torwächter" der Regeln und Verfahren der Dokumentenkontrolle
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches/kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse aller Aufgaben eines Document Controllers und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Durchführung dieser Aufgaben
  • Gute Kenntnisse der auf dem Markt und bei den Kunden üblichen Dokumentationssysteme
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation und zur Arbeit in/zur Führung eines Teams
  • Ausgeglichenheit und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Meinungen in eine harmonische Richtung zu lenken
  • Fähigkeit, die Initiative zu ergreifen, Entscheidungen zu treffen und diese weiterzuverfolgen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit der Microsoft-Produktpalette
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft
