Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Radeberg location. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing maintenance activities, performing repairs and maintenance on our equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Perform maintenance and repair work on all equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and validation teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Investigate and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with external partners as needed
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment availability
  • Support projects related to equipment maintenance and facility operations
  • Assume additional responsibilities such as sprinkler maintenance, fire safety, and inventory management
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations

Requirements

  • Completed education in Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, or Metalworking
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
  • Familiarity with TPM principles and CMMS software (eMaint) is an asset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and results-driven approach
