Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Radeberg location. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing maintenance activities, performing repairs and maintenance on our equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Perform maintenance and repair work on all equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with production, quality, and validation teams to ensure seamless operations
- Investigate and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with external partners as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment availability
- Support projects related to equipment maintenance and facility operations
- Assume additional responsibilities such as sprinkler maintenance, fire safety, and inventory management
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations

Requirements
- Completed education in Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, or Metalworking
- Experience in maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
- Familiarity with TPM principles and CMMS software (eMaint) is an asset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive and results-driven approach
