A prominent Microsoft Dynamics Partner is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their ranks as a Dynamics 365 CE Team Lead. This remote opportunity offers the chance to manage and inspire a dedicated team while contributing significantly to the evolution of cutting-edge customer engagement solutions.

About the Role:

As the Dynamics 365 CE Team Lead, you will oversee and guide a team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer engagement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, provide strategic direction, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your leadership will foster innovation and drive excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Dynamics 365 CE professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer engagement processes using Dynamics 365 CE, leveraging your deep understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks effectively, and ensure the timely delivery of solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders on Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Dynamics 365 CE implementations, demonstrating your ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and CRM systems, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively, fostering collaboration and accountability within a virtual environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
