Head of Vertical EU Operators Broadband Division

Your Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Vertical EU Operators, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Program Managers across multiple European locations. Your key objectives will be to create and execute growth strategies across Europe, working closely with the VP Broadband Division and the VP Business Development. You will be responsible for developing senior relationships with our customers and growing these relationships to ensure we are in the middle of their strategic reliance for forward and reverse logistics and supply chain activities.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in both commercial and operational areas of the telecommunications industry, ideally within Broadband, Connected Home or mobility, with a focus on account management and sales.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills are essential, demonstrating the capability to lead and assist cross-functional teams effectively to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex contractual clauses to identify solutions that harmonise legal obligations, customer requirements, and organisational objectives.
  • Proven ability to facilitate and contribute to complex technical discussions and drive information required to build and grow a business.
  • Ability to understand and discuss a daily P&L with business leaders and drive performance improvements with operational teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting.
  • Proactive, hands-on problem-solving ability.
