We are seeking an experienced Office Manager (m/w/d) in Parchim to join our team.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the team.
- Customer and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, employees, and business partners, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Correspondence and Data Management: Manage correspondence with clients and customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintain accurate records in various systems.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and plan events, such as company meetings, training sessions, and trade shows, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Marketing Support: Assist the sales team in creating marketing materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy in branding and messaging.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including sales data, customer information, and company performance metrics.
- Education and Experience: Hold a degree in business administration or a related field, with a proven track record of organizational skills and experience in a similar role.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
