HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH ist ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich der Sensorik und Datenmanagement. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Data Quality Manager, der unsere Abteilung "Master Data Management" unterstützt.

Die Abteilung ist für das konzernweite Master Data Management verantwortlich und umfasst neben dem operativen Management der bereichsübergreifenden Masterdaten auch die Data Governance und Data Quality sowie die Einführung eines zentralen Master Data Governance Tools im Rahmen des Kernprogramms S4 HANA.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten und Initiativen zur Messung der Datenqualität und zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Bewertung von Daten, Datenstrukturen und Datenqualität in enger Abstimmung mit den Dateneigentümern
  • Entwicklung von Datenqualitätsstandards und deren Implementierung in der globalen Organisation
  • Entwicklung einer Strategie zur Sammlung von Datenqualitätsregeln zur Messung der Datenqualität und zur effizienten Implementierung von regelmäßigen und Ad-hoc-Messungen der Datenqualität in den lokalen Systemen
  • Definition von effektiven Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Datenqualität
  • Analyse und Bewertung neuer Ansätze im Bereich Automatisierung / AI
  • Mitarbeit im S4 HANA Projekt im Bereich Master Data Management, insbesondere im Rahmen der Migration und Datenvorbereinigung
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie PMI-Zertifizierung
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich Datenqualität in einem international tätigen Unternehmen
  • Erfahrung in der Initiierung und Durchführung von Datenbereinigungsprojekten
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse des (SAP-)Datenmodells und der Methoden des Datenqualitäts- und Datensicherungsmanagements
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Konzepten und Strategien einschließlich Kommunikation und Kulturwandel
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie SQL- und BI-Tools
  • Team- und Kompromissfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse wie Französisch vorteilhaft
