**Job Overview**

Ergoswiss AG is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our customer base. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Provide expert-level customer consultations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or workstation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Fluent in written and spoken German, with English proficiency a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs and ERP systems, such as SAP Business byDesign
  • Demonstrated initiative, customer orientation, and strong organizational skills
