Sales Associate/Part-time Sales Representative

About the Job:
We are seeking a Sales Associate/Part-time Sales Representative (gn) in Part-time (60 Hours/month) to join our team at Ernsting's family. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing transactions
- Meet or exceed sales goals, including achieving targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
