Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Management Assistant to support our Diagnostic Information Systems team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and moderate team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain reports from operational data, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate requests from adjacent teams, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
