Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores in Hamburg. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Coordinate daily business activities, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and control expenses.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to the Store Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a management or assistant management role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management and visual merchandising software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
