**Deine Umgebung**
In deinem Arbeitsalltag stehst du im engen Austausch mit der Beratung, dem Support, dem Vertrieb und bei Bedarf unserer Entwicklungsabteilung. Du betreust deine Kunden und unterstützt sie beim Erreichen ihrer Ziele. Du wirst Teil des Teams Customer Success Management.
**Wann kommst du ins Spiel?**
Deine Funktion wird Neukunden bereits sehr früh in der Kundenbeziehung erläutert. Kundenbeziehungsmanagement ist dabei ein Angebot – Kunden bestimmen selbst in welchem Maße sie dieses nutzen. Das bedeutet, dass du mit manchen Kunden wenig und mit anderen Kunden intensiv zusammenarbeiten wirst. In jedem Fall greift deine Rolle so richtig, nachdem der Kunde mit TOPdesk live gegangen ist.
**Deine Aufgaben**
• Du unterstützt Kunden bei der Einführung und Nutzung von TOPdesk
• Du entwickelst und implementierst Kundenbeziehungsstrategien
• Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse und entwickelst Lösungen
• Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfüllen
**Was du mitbringst**
• Erfahrung in Kundenbeziehungsmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
• Gute Kommunikations- und Interaktionsfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu analysieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln
• Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen oder ähnlichen Tools
