Ihre Rolle als Regional Compliance Manager
In der Position des Regional Compliance Managers fungieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen mehreren Produktionsstandorten und den zentralen Compliance-Teams. Ihre Hauptverantwortung besteht darin, die Einhaltung von Vorschriften in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Umwelt und Qualität zu gewährleisten. Sie berichten direkt an die Leitung des Werkverbundes und unterstützen die Standorte bei der Umsetzung von HSEQ- und Qualitätsthemen.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Standards
- Erstellung von Sicherheitsberichten sowie Alarm- und Notfallplänen
- Management der Compliance-Maßnahmen an den Standorten gemäß den internen Standards von Air Liquide
- Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen wie Genehmigungsübersichten und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Unterstützung der Standorte im Qualitätsmanagement zur Sicherstellung der Auditfähigkeit
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings zur Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter
Ihr Profil
Sie bringen einen Masterabschluss in einem technischen Fachbereich mit, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf sicherheitstechnischen Themen. Alternativ haben Sie eine Ausbildung als Sicherheitsingenieur oder Techniker und verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im HSEQ-Bereich in der Industrie. Kenntnisse des deutschen Rechtsrahmens für Industrieanlagen sind von Vorteil, ebenso wie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
