Job Title: Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing creative campaigns that drive successful marketing results and create new trends on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies with different budgets
  • Select suitable creators for collaborations with artists and influencers
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Relations team to manage the influencer side of campaigns
  • Advising companies on the development of influencer marketing measures on all relevant platforms
  • Evaluate influencer campaigns, including campaign controlling and performance analysis
  • Develop and implement new approaches, systems, and workflows for our customers
  • Transfer acquired knowledge in the field of influencer marketing within our company
Requirements:
  • University degree in media studies, marketing, communication, or a comparable field
  • At least one year of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of common project management tools and the ability to use them
  • Good presentation and moderation skills, with the ability to formulate and visualize ideas
  • High level of interest and enthusiasm for trends in the gaming and entertainment industry
